ICMR (Indian Council for Medical research) has drafted Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Rules, 2010. It is going to become a law as soon as it is passed in the Indian parliament.
Note: According to a recent Directive from ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research, Govt. of India), Surrogacy is now not permitted for Foreign Nationals. We do not engage in surrogacy for Foreign Nationals anymore.

- Egg donation, sperm donation and commercial surrogacy is legal in India.
- Egg Donor, sperm donor has to be anonymous and to be provided by the registered ART banks.
